2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Buyers must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).
We reserve the right to request age verification (e.g., government ID) and cancel orders from unauthorized users without refund.
3. Custom Orders – No Refunds
A. All Sales Final
Due to personalized production (using your images/text), orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after submission.
Design Approval: By ordering, you:
- Confirm all customization details are accurate and final.
- Waive any right to claim “design regrets” (e.g., typos, low-resolution images).
B. EU/UK Exception
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EC Art. 16(c) and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, personalized items are exempt from standard 14-day return rights.

Production & Fulfillment: Products are made and shipped by our global suppliers. We are not liable for:

B. Defective Items Only

Replacements may be offered at our discretion (no cash refunds).
Return shipping costs are the Customer’s responsibility unless prohibited by law.

Your Content: You retain ownership of uploaded designs but grant Dancily a license to produce them.
Our Content: All website designs, logos, and product photos are our property. Unauthorized use (e.g., reselling our designs) will result in legal action.
Prohibited Content: Illegal, copyrighted, or offensive material (e.g., hate speech, nudity). Violating orders will be canceled without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Supplier errors (wrong item, delays).
- “Acts of God” (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

Since your sunflower is personalized just for you, we don’t accept returns unless we made an error.
Refunds Only for Our Errors
We’ll refund 100% if:
- The product arrives damaged/defective (contact within 7 days).
- We customized it wrong (e.g., wrong photo or design).
No refunds for:
- Wrong shipping address provided by you.
- Change of mind.
- Minor color variations (due to screen settings).
